why we exist.
Ongoing Support.
It has always been our dream to create a space for women and new parents to feel safe, supported, and cared for into the 4th trimester. I’m hoping the Clutch becomes a community hub where people come together and get connected to the resources that will help them to thrive.
Working in the perinatal healthcare for two decades, I’ve learned a lot about the strengths and weaknesses in the healthcare system. Hospitals and clinics are essential, but they aren’t always structured to provide ongoing, holistic support that new families need.
We are here to supplement your perinatal care, providing you with the most holistic support possible. Our team would be honored to walk with you on this path.
Working to end disparities.
We support bringing equality to perinatal spaces. We are a safe space for all backgrounds, genders, and family situations.
We accept most insurance, work with local non profits, and offer sliding scale to make our services accessible to all.
Meet our Team
I experienced parent isolation first hand, after the birth of my first baby. I landed in an antepartum room for 5 weeks and my son was born premature, spending the first month of his life in the NICU. My son was in and out of the hospital for the few years of his life, and while I somehow survived, I sure was not thriving. I struggled through postpartum depression and anxiety without proper treatment or support.
With my second pregnancy, I got connected to therapy, other parents, resources, and learned to ask for help. I’m just barely out of the woods although my journey is ongoing. I love working with families while they’re in the thick of it, to be that hand that I wish I had to pull me up. We are stronger together!
I worked as a labor and delivery, postpartum nurse, and newborn nurse for 15 years. I have been working as an IBCLC since 2015.
I live in Fall City, WA with my family. We have 11 chickens and a dog.
