Help is on the way.

All new parents deserve to have support as they start their feeding journey. Feeding your baby will likely be the most consuming activity in the first few weeks - it takes a lot of time, energy, and mental space. Our hope is to help you fall in love with feeding your baby and create rhythms that feel sustainable.

With your goals at the center, we will create a plan together to meet your needs and your baby's needs. Topics that are often covered during an initial visit:

  • Positioning & latch

  • Milk supply

  • Milk transfer

  • Weight gain

  • Milk expression, pumping

  • Supplemental feeding

  • Breast and nipple care

  • Feeding plans

We believe in the wisdom of mothers, collaboration with your healthcare team, and the importance of community. We are here to support and restore you!

Join us for one of our groups or classes!

  • Parent Cohorts

  • Breastfeeding drop-ins

  • Prenatal lactation classes

  • Prenatal education (coming soon)

  • Parent support groups (coming soon)

All parents deserve lactation education and encouragement. We do not work for The Lactation Network, but they help us with the ability to bill insurance. We are working to expand insurance coverage, but currently Blue Cross and Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, MultiPlan, and Provider Network of America (PNOA) are providers that are typically accepted. If you plan to use insurance for your visit you must verify coverage before booking using this link.
